Matsuri is possible only because of the enormous contributions of time, energy and talent made by our many volunteers. Our volunteers come from the surrounding communities. Many have traveled far to join us. They are not just Japanese and Americans, but people from other countries as well. They range from senior citizens to local high school students and students of the University of Vermont, Middlebury College, Saint Michael’s College, Champlain College, Essex High School and South Burlington High School. We owe them all many thanks and a generous round of applause.

Since it was a brainy day, some of performers such as Aikido presentation, Taiko drumming and Kudo demonstaration had a hard time to bring in Tatami, Taiko and Kyudo materials. Special thanks to them!!!
